Start with the tray

A page is out in the room the moment it lands in the tray, and it stays there until somebody collects it. Between those two moments the document is readable by anyone walking past.

Payroll, a signed contract, a patient form, a letter somebody would rather not have read early. All of them come out of the same slot as the meeting agenda.
